An Internal Phenomenon

What this is trying to say is that when you do something that is good and you expect nothing in return the reward you get is a good feeling that you know you chose the right. for example like the man in the video he found and iPad with 13,000 dollars in and he still returned it to the owner now that's a ctr man. he gained self respect , dignity, and integrity. when you do good stuff good thing will hapen to you and he more good thing you do and the good choices that you make in life makes you a great person.
